Welcome to Tire Depot. These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By booking a bay, requesting mobile service, or buying tires or service from us, you agree to these Terms.

1Who we are

Tire Depot (“we,” “us,” “our”) — heavy-duty tire sales and service located at 1240 Jaime Rd, Socorro, TX 79927. Contact: trailertiredepot@gmail.com.

2Booking a bay

• Bookings reserve a one-hour service window in one of our two bays, Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• A $50 deposit is required to confirm a booking and hold the bay. The deposit is applied toward your final bill for the work.
• No-shows & same-day cancellations: if you do not show up, or cancel on the day of your appointment, the deposit is kept to cover the bay we held for you. To reschedule with your deposit applied to a future visit, let us know before the day of your booking.
• Booking holds a bay; actual service time may vary with the work required. We may need to reschedule due to demand, staffing, or circumstances beyond our control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
• Availability shown on the site is a real-time estimate; your booking is confirmed once your deposit is received and you receive a confirmation number.

3Mobile service & deposit

• Mobile service is available within approximately 60 miles of the shop, subject to availability.
• A $50 deposit is required to dispatch a service truck. The deposit is non-refundable — it covers the cost of rolling a truck out to you.
• The deposit is applied toward your final bill when the work is completed. If you cancel, cannot be reached, or the vehicle is not at the location you provided, the deposit is forfeited.
• Final pricing (tires, labor, and trip) is confirmed on-site and charged at the site or at the shop once the work is done.

4Tires & service

• New tires carry the applicable manufacturer’s warranty; those terms come from the manufacturer, not Tire Depot.
• Used tires are inspected and sold road-ready, but are sold “as-is” with no warranty from us unless we state otherwise in writing at the time of sale.
• Quotes and arrival times are estimates; final pricing depends on the actual work, parts, and conditions.
• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is legal and safe to operate. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the specific work we perform.

5Payment

We accept cards and Square. Deposits and payments are processed by Square; your card details are handled by Square and are not stored by Tire Depot. You authorize the charges you approve (deposit and/or final bill).

6Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tire Depot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost time, downtime, or lost loads — arising from our services or this website.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
• Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis; we make no guarantees beyond those expressly stated here or in writing.

7Website

This website is provided “as is.” We may update the site, services, hours, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the current version.

8Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
