This Privacy Policy explains what information Tire Depot collects, how we use it, how it’s stored, and your choices. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

1What we collect

• Booking info: your name (or company), phone number, and details you provide — such as your rig/tire and what you need — when you book a bay.
• Mobile service info: the above, plus where your vehicle is — the town/area and the address or mile marker you enter, and, only if you tap “use my current location,” your device's GPS coordinates — so we can dispatch a truck to you. Sharing GPS is optional; you can type the location instead.
• Payment info: when you pay a deposit or bill, payment is processed by Square. We do not collect or store your full card number — Square handles that.
• Basic technical info: standard, non-identifying information your browser sends. We do not use advertising trackers or sell tracking data.

2How we use it

• To schedule and provide your service, contact you about your booking, dispatch mobile service, take payment, and keep our business records.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3How it’s stored

Booking information is stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase), and access is restricted to the shop. Payments are processed by Square under Square’s own privacy terms.

4Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example Supabase (data storage), Square (payments), and mapping services (arrival estimates) — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law. We do not share your information for advertising.

5Your choices

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your booking information at any time by contacting us.
• If you have a booking, you may cancel it by contacting the shop.

6How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for our business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

7Children

Our services are for commercial and vehicle customers and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

8Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
